Refund Policy
At AEL Fashions, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@aelfashions.ca.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
